The HA rotary pumps series, the magnetic drive version of the GA pumps series, are made of stainless steel and carbon graphite and are available in a range to cover the low flow rates. The standard configuration includes a brush DC motor. The nominal flow rates range between 70 (18 GPH) and 170 l/h (45 GPH) at 1450 rpm. Pump discharge pressure is up to a maximum of 10 bar (145 psi).

PMFR SERIES VANE PUMPS

The PMFR series integrates positive displacement rotary vane pumps with a high efficiency single speed motor with a seal-less, magnetic coupling. A magnetic coupling provides extra reliability and extra service life. Pumps housing are in polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) engineering plastic or in stainless steel. Pumps are standard with internal relief valve. The motor is capable of 220 V AC and 50 Hz operation. Pump flow rate is up to a maximum of 115 l/h (30 GPH) at 3000 rpm. Pump discharge pressure is up to a maximum 10 bar (145 psi).

TSFR 300-400 SERIES VANE PUMPS

The TSFR 300-400 series integrates positive displacement rotary vane pumps with a high efficiency variable speed motor with external controller. The electromagnetic drive, with no moving parts in the motor and no dynamic seals in the pump, makes the TSFR an exceptionally reliable product with a long service life. Pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housing, 3/8” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 300 and 400 l/h at 1450 rpm. These pumps will provide flow proportional to speed, with a maximum of 1100 l/h (290 GPH) The motor is capable of both 110 and 230 V AC and 50/60 Hz operation.

TMCF01-07S SERIES VANE PUMPS

The TMCF01S-07S series 220V AC drives are designed to couple with the TM 30-200 and TM 300-400 positive displacement rotary vane pumps to provide great performance and reliability for a range of applications. They include a pump-to-motor adapter and a choice of driving magnets of different materials and torque capability. Pumps are available with static seals in NBR, EPDM, Viton or other materials to guarantee full chemical compatibility with a wide range of fluids. The pump housing is in brass or stainless steel. A magnetic coupling provides extra reliability and longer service life. The units are capable of a flow ranging from 100 to 550 l/h (25 to 145 GPH) and a maximum discharge pressure of 14 bar (200 psi).

Any pump of this series may be operated up to 3500 rpm and will provide flow proportional to speed, with a maximum of 550 l/h (145 GPH). Pump discharge pressure is up to a maximum of 16 bar (230 psi). The seal-less, magnetic coupling to motor provides extra reliability and longer service life. This series mounts directly to widely available M56, M63 IEC or NEMA 56C frame motors by means of an adapter.

GA SERIES VANE PUMPS

The GA series are the smallest size Fluid-o-Tech rotary vane pumps.The standard configuration includes a brush or brushless DC motor, but AC motors are available as well upon request. The internal parts are in stainless steel and carbon graphite, whereas the housing is in stainless steel. The nominal flow rates range between 30 (8 GPH) and 100 l/h (26 GPH) at 1450 rpm, however the speed may be changed between 500 and 3000 rpm and flow rate will vary proportionally to speed. Pump discharge pressure is up to a maximum of 10 bar (145 psi).

CO-MO 50-200 SERIES VANE PUMPS

The CO/MO 50-200 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass housing (both CO and MO series) and stainless steel (MO series only), with 3/8” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 50 and 200 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pump of this series may be operated at 1750 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 76 GPH. Maximum discharge pressure is 16 bar (230 psi). More compact compared to the PO 70-400 series, mounts directly to widely available NEMA 48Y motor by means of a v-band clamp and relevant coupling.
