The Fluid-o-Tech peristaltic pump technology offers precision, total separation between pump and fluid and low costs to OEMs in many diverse industries. Key elements of the project are the elimination of the traditional gear box and a design which allows a fast tube change or a complete pump replacement, very quickly with minimal skills or tools. Fluid-o-Tech TP30 series peristaltic pumps, with a flow range from 50 to 800 ml/min and available with brush and brushless DC drives, offer outstanding suction performance and repeatability characteristics, lending themselves well to dosing applications. The tubing is the only material in contact with the medium can be quickly changed in preparation for new fluids. The pump head can be stacked to have a single trasmission-multichannel unit, higher flow or delivery of discrete fluid streams.

The DGM series magnet drive gear pump-motor units derive from the DGD series. Built to handle clean and relatively viscous fluids at a max temperature of 95 °C (203 °F) with pressure up to 4 bar (58 psi). The pump housing is available in stainless steel or Vectra and the gears are in Vectra. Static seals are available in NBR, EPDM or VITON . The dynamic seal less design is guarantee of reliability. Suction/discharge ports are 8 mm barbed end. The pump drives are available in 12V or 24V brush DC options and in a range of different nominal speeds and powers for intermittent duty use. NSF certified pumps for potable water or fluids for human consumption are also available.

The pump housing is in stainless steel AISI 316L, while gears and bushings are in PEEK or PTFE. Static seals in EPDM, NBR, PTFE, Silicon or Viton guarantee full chemical compatibility with a wide range of fluids. Other materials, as well as a range of driving magnets are available. NSF certified pumps for potable water or fluids for human consumption are also available. In operation the FG series pumps are noiseless, pulsation-free and capable of handling liquids up to 95 °C (203 °F) with pressure up to 12 bar (175 psi) and flow rate up to 210 l/h (55 GPH). The integration of the pump with a rotor-less motor, where there are no moving parts, combined with the electromagnetic drive, gives birth to an exceptionally reliable, leak free, energy efficient unit. MGCF04S-11S SERIES DRIVES

The MGCF04S, and MGCF11S 12 and 24V brush DC drives are robust and built to provide great performance and reliability for intermittent duty applications. They include a pump-to-motor plastic adapter – which thermally separates the pump from the motor – for the Fluid-o-Tech gear pumps of the MG, MS and PG series and a choice of driving magnets of different materials and torque capability. The DC drive allows speed control by varying the voltage and provides a range of performance.The units are capable of a flow up to 190 l/h (50 GPH) and pressure up to 9 bar (130 psi). Pumps are available with 1/8″ NPT or GAS ports and built-in relief valve. Static seals available in EPDM, NBR, PTFE, Silicon or Viton guarantee full chemical compatibility with a wide range of fluids. The Fluid-o-Tech MK series gear pumps have been designed to handle more viscous fluids. Ports have a larger diameter and the internal passageways have been generously sized to allow viscous fluids to flow through without friction or cavitation. The gear pump housing is in stainless steel AISI 316L and the non-metallic parts have been selected to comply with the strictest sanitary requirements. The gears and bushings are in PEEK or PTFE. Other materials, as well as a range of driving magnets are available. In operation the MK series pumps are pulsation-free and capable of handling liquids up to 120 °C (248 °F) with flow rate up to 250 l/h (66 GPH) and pressure up to 14 bar (260 psi). The PG series magnet drive gear pumps are compact precision performance pumps built to address those applications where the liquids involved are difficult to handle and working solutions are hard to find requiring a great financial investment. Made to give the same high level of performance as the MG300 series, the PG300 series gear pumps are built in a special grade of PPS to offer the greatest versatility and exceptional mechanical characteristics to provide a long life. Capable of a flow range from 20 to 210 l/h (5 to 55 GPH) and pressure up to 15 bar (218 psi), in operation the PG300 series pumps are pulsation-free and capable of handling liquids up to 60°C (140°F). The gears and bushings are in PEEK or PTFE. Other materials, as well as a range of driving magnets are available.
