<p>The SV thermostatic valves series are able to restore the atmospheric pressure inside of a biphasic closed system in an extremely precise and reliable way. At the same time they also act as air vent valve during the heating phase. The key element of the project is a new intelligent actuator system made of a shape memory alloy. According to the temperature it is subjected to, the system is capable of reacting to the heat without any further energy source. Compared to the traditional systems it does not require any electrical power and can be installed in any position and orientation. The techno-polymer body, designed to withstand high temperatures, grants repeatability and reliability in a cost-effective package.</p>

The valve can behave in a reactive way thanks to an actuator with shape memory material that varies mixing ratio by compensating any possible fluctuation of the working conditions. They include a pump-to-motor adapter and a choice of driving magnets of different materials and torque capability. Pumps are available with static seals in NBR, EPDM, Viton or other materials to guarantee full chemical compatibility with a wide range of fluids. The pump housing is in brass or stainless steel. A magnetic coupling provides extra reliability and longer service life. The units are capable of a flow ranging from 100 to 550 l/h (25 to 145 GPH) and a maximum discharge pressure of 14 bar (200 psi).</p>
